Scholarship biography (at time of award)
Angela Lopes holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Aerospace) with First Class Honours and the University Medal and a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) from the University of Sydney.
Angela has worked on various consulting projects on the issue of climate change and sustainability and the associated commercial and political difficulties in introducing technologies. She was awarded the Scholarship to complete a MBA (Strategy and Business Development) at Harvard Business School.

Angela joined Port Jackson Partners in 2007 upon graduating from Sydney University with First Class Honours and the University Medal in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor of Science with majors in Physics and Mathematics. At Port Jackson Partners Angela worked with clients in retail, manufacturing, resources and electricity, and was involved in writing a paper on the impacts of an emissions trading scheme in Australia.
After four years at Port Jackson Partners, Angela moved to Boston to undertake her MBA at Harvard Business School. In 2013, Angela started in her current role at Sony.
