Scholarship biography (at time of award)

Amy Chandran holds a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Graduate Certificate in Economic Policy from the Australian National University. She was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2012.

Amy has worked as a policy adviser in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet along with various non-profit organisations, including as a legal intern with Anti-Slavery Australia. She was awarded the Scholarship to undertake a Masters of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
