Scholarship biography (at time of award)

Grant Lamond graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours. After graduation, Grant worked as a Law Clerk with Freehill Hollingdale and Page and then as Associate to the Hon Sir Nigel Bowen AC KBE.

Grant was awarded the Scholarship to complete a BCL at Magdalen College, University of Oxford

Current Biography

Grant Lamond is University Lecturer in Legal Philosophy and the Felix Frankfurter Fellow in Law, Balliol College. He holds degrees in Philosophy and Law from the University of Sydney and took the BCL at Magdalen College. He was a Junior Research Fellow at St Edmund Hall, where he completed his DPhil. His research interests lie in the philosophy of law and the philosophy of criminal law.
