The Menzies Name
There are several organisations bearing the Menzies name. Please be sure your donation is intended for the Sir Robert Menzies Memorial Foundation Limited (Menzies Foundation) located in East Melbourne, Victoria.
Errors in Amount Pledged
Should an error be made in the amount of any donation, please notify the Menzies Foundation of the error within 60 days.
Change of Heart on Donation
Once you have made a donation to the Menzies Foundation we do not normally give refunds if you change your mind. It is for this reason that we ask that you make your choice to donate carefully.
The Menzies Foundation is under no obligation to give a refund for a donation if an error has been made on your part, but we will endeavour to ensure that any genuine errors are rectified. Your request to consider a refund should be made to the Menzies Foundation within 60 days.
The Menzies Foundation is a non-profit organisation and we reserve the right to deduct bank or transaction charges from any refund processed.

The refund request should provide details of the nature of the error and attach or enclose the Menzies Foundation receipt. If the receipt is not available, please give as much detail of the initial donation as possible, such as the date, amount, name of the donor, receipt number, a copy of your online donation transaction receipt.
Should the refund be approved, any original receipt issued for the incorrect amount immediately becomes void and invalid. A new receipt will be issued where applicable.
Errors by Us
Of course, should an error be made by the Menzies Foundation or its financial institution(s), full refunds will be made immediately upon notification of the error and all costs will be borne by the Menzies Foundation.
