Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders;
Navigating Complexity and Drive Ethical Change

Dedicated to cultivating leadership in Australia and beyond, the Foundation has identified Emerging Leaders as one of its priority areas. To support this, the Foundation has established the Emerging Leaders Incubator, which assists a pipeline of young leaders in their leadership journey.

Through bold research, innovative tools, and strategic guidance, Menzies Leadership Foundation is empowering young people on their leadership journey. Join us on this transformative journey and help shape the next generation of leaders.

Collaboration partners include; The Ethics CentreAIME MentoringIMAGI-NATION University, and Global Voices

Central to this vision of nurturing the next generation of leaders through our Emerging Leaders initiative is the Emerging Leaders Incubator, a program that supports young Australians in their leadership journeys. By providing bold research, innovative tools, and strategic guidance, we are empowering the leaders of tomorrow to drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond.

In collaboration with esteemed partners such as The Ethics Centre, AIME Mentoring, IMAGI-NATION University, and Global Voices, we are creating a diverse ecosystem of leadership development. These collaborations ensure that emerging leaders are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and networks to make a lasting impact.

A key feature of our initiative is the Global Voices Scholarship Program, which provides young Australians with unique opportunities to engage in international forums like the IMF and World Bank Annual Meeting and the Commission on the Status of Women Delegation. This exposure equips them with the tools to contribute to global discussions on economic development, sustainability, and gender equality, while reinforcing their role as catalysts for positive change back home.

Through participation in pre-departure briefings, a Policy Fellowship, and an international delegation, Menzies Scholars gain invaluable insights and experience. This comprehensive approach ensures that our scholars are ready to lead with impact, whether locally or globally
