Dr James Upcher died tragically in an accident in the UK in 2017. He was working as a lecturer in the law school of Newcastle University in the UK. James was awarded the 2006 Menzies Law Scholarship to complete DPhil at the University of Oxford. We offer our condolences to James’ family and friends.
