Jennifer was awarded a scholarship to complete her PhD project, entitled An investigation of the development of self-awareness of deficits in patients in the first year post-head injury, at the University of Queensland.

Throughout her career, she has consistently integrated the overarching marketing and communications narrative with the emotional connections of audiences.
