Alexis was awarded a NHMRC/RG Menzies Fellowship to further her research into the early detection of bipolar disorder at Harvard Medical School, the Brain & Mind Institute and Headspace in Sydney.

Throughout her career, she has consistently integrated the overarching marketing and communications narrative with the emotional connections of audiences.
