Verity was awarded a scholarship to complete her PhD project, entitled Generalised joint hypermobility in children and adolescents: Pain, fatigue and injuries, at the University of Sydney.

Throughout her career, she has consistently integrated the overarching marketing and communications narrative with the emotional connections of audiences.
